Meet Jeab!

Hi everyone, I'm Jeab! Originally from Thailand, I moved to England back in 1999, and I've been sharing my love for Thai cooking ever since. For over 20 years, I've worked as a head chef in hotels, and for the past 16 years, I was lucky enough to bring authentic Thai flavours to The George.

Now, I'm so excited to be cooking at The Three Horsehoes in Houghton, Thursday through Saturday evenings! It's a wonderful chance to share my passion for delicious, traditional Thai food with even more people.

But that's not all! If you're planning a special event, I'd love to cater and bring a taste of Thailand to your party. And if you've ever wanted to learn how to cook these amazing dishes yourself, I also offer private cooking lessons. Let's get together and create some wonderful food memories. I can't wait to cook for you!
